A Whole World of Notebooks: Bullet Journal

As an introvert and dreamer and living with hundred and one imaginary friends, notebooks and journals fill a great part in my life! ❀

So welcome, my dear mates, to my world of notebooks… Let’s tour around part by part πŸ™‚

My Bullet Journal

Bullet journals are a great way for planning and organising our day-to-day lives… All you need is a notebook, some pens, a bit of imagination and 5 minutes’ time (If you use more, that’s great too!)

I had started my bullet journal quite recently and before that my daily journal was everything I had and confided to… πŸ™‚

This week, I had Eloise, an imaginary friend, with me to help me organise and plan for the coming week. I know, many of you may be wondering, I guess… how on earth can a week start with a Friday (19th July) and end with 28th (Sunday) June?!

Well, the answer lies to the fact, I don’t live in Earth! I live in a faraway magical world called Cygnet where there’s 9 days in a week. So there’s a mismatch with Earth’s calendea, you see πŸ™‚

Have a great weekend ahead!

      1. Not sure I want extra homework! I don’t keep a journal though I do make lots of lists and plans. In my two extra days I’m just going to do what I do in the other 7 but at a more relaxed pace.

I like the idea of relaxing a lot too πŸ™‚ And would you once, post pictures of your lists? Can’t help but get excited πŸ™‚

      1. You do right, dear. You know yourself, and you act accordingly. On the other hand, this means you are a multi talented person, and you like lots of things, and you wanna be part of everything, right here and right now. I admire you.

      2. Oh, thank you so much for your kind words! You are really one of the most admirable persons I have ever met… I am so happy the tides of WordPress had brought me to you and I am truly grateful for it…
I try to understand myself, but most of the time end up in the wrong side… Thank you again for being there beside me πŸ™‚

      3. I Love compliments, dear. Thank you. However we all have our wonderful and our awful moments. This is not a secret, or a mystery. This is the truth of our reality.

Because you wrote “I try to understand myself”, I will write you something that Nietzsche said : When i stopped listening other voices, i found myself .

  3. How long have you been keeping bullet journals? I write down reminders and things to do but do not stick to relying on that journal/list to check and get them done. Any tips for how someone turns this into a habit?

    1. I have been keeping bullet journal just for a few months. πŸ™‚
It happened to me too when I picked a big fancy journal too big to carry everywhere.
Well, I may not be the perfect person to give a tip but I feel very lucky that somebody has asked me… πŸ˜ƒ
You may keep a tiny little notebook, that you can carry everywhere and a favourite pen that you love writing with. It helped me and I hope it helps you too…
      Thank you so much! πŸ’•

      1. I think I need that discipline of carrying it everywhere. I have kept a notebook and left it one place and that didn’t work out. I used my phone since I take it everywhere with me and I just don’t like doing it electronically; actually writing it down and crossing it off feels so much better. I will give it another try.

      2. I like the feel of paper too πŸ™‚ I have a tiny little notebook that fits in my palm and tours around with me in my pockets.
Good luck! And please show me a picture of your Bullet Journal once! ❀ πŸ™‚
